When my Bride and Groom told me their wedding was going to be at Solitude at the Moonbeam Lodge, I was so excited. Not only is it my favorite place to go skiing but I love the mountains and any wedding being held in the mountains is definitely my kind of wedding!
Their color scheme was beautiful. It was rose gold, burgundy, blush pink, black and emerald green. I loved how the colors of her bouquet stood out against her black bridesmaid dresses. Callie’s dress was a blush pink with gorgeous details and it looked incredible on her figure. They kept the dining room classy with black napkins, rose gold accents and greenery for the table runner.
Callie and Sean picked the perfect time of year for Fall colors. They had guests come from out of state that were in awe at the beautiful Utah mountains. The yellow leaves were at their peak and it looked like a magical painting.
The Groom had not seen the Bride’s dress so it was important for us to capture his expression as she walked down the aisle and he saw her for the first time. Their ceremony was short and sweet. I was honored to capture their special day.
Following the ceremony we were able to take advantage of the beautiful fall colors for their wedding party photos. Followed by their Hamburger and BBQ Chicken Buffett and Ice Cream Cookie Sandwiches.
They decided to forgo traditional events such as the bouquet and garter toss. They kept it very simple and focused on what truly mattered, their love, celebration and family. Their wedding was completed with a photo booth and glow stick send off!
